Billing is based on the number of active trainers in your organization. Each trainer costs $39/month or $390/year. For example, if you have 3 trainers, your monthly cost would be $117 (3 × $39).

Independent trainers only pay for themselves ($39/month). Training businesses pay for each trainer on their team. When you add or remove trainers, your billing is automatically adjusted and pro-rated.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings. You'll keep access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

After cancellation, you'll have read-only access to your data for 90 days. During this time, you can export all your client data, session notes, and business records. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted unless you reactivate your subscription.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied with Stride. For ongoing subscriptions, we prorate refunds on a case-by-case basis. Just contact our support team.
